Welcome to cook with Nola. Today Nola cooks her secret dish. A very versatile and tasty dish it can be micro waved, fried, boiled and roasted. Unfortunately the ingredients have to remain a secret as this was the only way we could get get Nola to agree to demonstrate her culinary skills for us.

Here you can see Nola getting some of the secret ingredients, we weren't allowed too close so we're not sure exactly what they consist of. Nola was heard to say " Here kitty kitty" but insist she was just singing to herself. 

This is the picture we wasn't supposed to take, as you can see we caught Nola by surprise. After much reassuring that we would not use the picture and doubling her fee she agreed to continue. 

We asked her what the plastic containers  were for, Nola replied that there would be far to much food to eat and would freeze some for later after the film crew had eaten.

Mmmm, here's a member of the film crew tucking in ( he seems strangely familiar), seems to be enjoying the tasty dish though.  

Nola wipes the sweat from her brow after cooking over a hot stove or is she laughing up her sleeve.

Nola said that the main benefit of this secret dish was that every one could have a leg.
