Hi, this little corner of my site is dedicated to just a couple of PC user groups. These are UK/London based and have been in existence since around 1980. I have been going to these clubs almost continually since that time. The PC/Acorn group was one of largest Acorn user groups around but also had many people with all makes of computers. The demise of Acorn eventually meant that it became a PC/IBM compatible club. We don't take any PC's to the club which meets in a North London pub but you will find a wealth of topics being discussed and not always about computers. This club meets once a week. NEL 80, well this is the club for hands on people. Got a problem then come along, bring your PC and there is always someone willing to help. You'll find people that are good with application software, hardware and programming. A small entrance fee means you can stay all day and drink coffee and chat. This club meets once a month. Both clubs can be contacted by email and are willing to help with any problems in this way if you are unable to visit them.
